\nMysl\u00edm, \u017ee pozn\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00e9 kultury je pro n\u00e1s na\u0161\u00edm vlastn\u00edm obohacen\u00edm skrz pozn\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011b\u010deho nov\u00e9ho a posl\u00e9ze hlub\u0161\u00ed porozum\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed vlastn\u00ed kultu\u0159e, kter\u00e9 je umo\u017en\u011bno t\u00edm, \u017ee ji porovn\u00e1me s kulturou odli\u0161nou..<\/p>\n

1. Kdo to byli samurajov\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dovolte, abych v\u00e1m \u0159ekl n\u011bkolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f z historie samuraj\u016f, abych v\u00e1m aspo\u0148 trochu p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil skute\u010dnou tv\u00e1\u0159 jejich kultury.
\nP\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je nutno \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee t\u0159\u00edda samuraj\u016f vznikla kolem 10. stolet\u00ed. V japon\u0161tin\u011b „samurai“ znamen\u00e1 „slu\u017eebn\u00edk“ neboli n\u011bkdo, kdo n\u00e1sleduje sv\u00e9ho p\u00e1na, tedy p\u016fvodn\u011b t\u011blesn\u00e1 str\u00e1\u017e \u0161lechtice. \u00dakolem samuraj\u016f bylo h\u00e1jit panstv\u00ed, a soukrom\u00fd majetek \u0161lechtice.
\nVe 12. stolet\u00ed se samurajov\u00e9 na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 s\u00edly v Japonsku poprv\u00e9 chopili vl\u00e1dy. Tato vl\u00e1da se ozna\u010duje jako „kamakursk\u00fd \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1t“. T\u0159\u00edda samuraj\u016f tak z\u00edskala postaven\u00ed vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy. Od t\u00e9 doby se postupn\u011b za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed rozv\u00edjet tak\u00e9 \u00favahy o tom, jak by samurajov\u00e9 m\u011bli ve vl\u00e1dnouc\u00edm postaven\u00ed vypadat.
\nVe 14. stolet\u00ed se po zhroucen\u00ed kamakursk\u00e9ho \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1tu znovu za\u010dal utv\u00e1\u0159et st\u00e1t kolem Jeho Veli\u010denstva c\u00edsa\u0159e, av\u0161ak vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee existovaly rozpory mezi \u0161lechtou a samuraji i rozpory uvnit\u0159 c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9ho rodu, zavl\u00e1dly v Japonsku vnit\u0159n\u00ed zmatky. Tyto zmatky vy\u0159e\u0161il pan Takaud\u017ei A\u0161ikaga, kter\u00fd se stal \u0161\u00f3gunem (vojensk\u00fdm vl\u00e1dcem). Zalo\u017eil tak \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1t Muroma\u010di, jeho\u017e prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm se samurajov\u00e9 znovu dostali k moci.<\/p>\n

Av\u0161ak v 15. stolet\u00ed vznikl ve vl\u00e1dnouc\u00edm rodu A\u0161ikaga probl\u00e9m n\u00e1slednictv\u00ed a Japonsko znovu upadlo do v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9ho stavu. Tyto vnit\u0159n\u00ed v\u00e1lky trvaly a\u017e do konce 16. stolet\u00ed (tak zvan\u00e9 obdob\u00ed v\u00e1l\u010d\u00edc\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f).
\nV t\u011bchto v\u00e1lk\u00e1ch nakonec postupn\u011b z\u00edskal p\u0159evahu pan Ijejasu Tokugawa, kter\u00fd zalo\u017eil tokugawsk\u00fd \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1t, v Japonsku naz\u00fdvan\u00fd podle hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Eda (pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edho Tokia), \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1t Edo. Tak za\u010dalo v Japonsku v 17. stolet\u00ed m\u00edrov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed Edo, kter\u00e9 trvalo a\u017e do 19. stolet\u00ed.
\nV 19. stolet\u00ed vl\u00e1da tokugawsk\u00e9ho \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1tu skon\u010dila a v Japonsku kolem jeho Veli\u010denstva c\u00edsa\u0159e vznikl modern\u00ed st\u00e1t. Toto obdob\u00ed se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 obdob\u00edm Meid\u017ei. P\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed velk\u00e9 \u0161lechty (daimj\u00f3ov\u00e9) nab\u00fdvaj\u00ed postaven\u00ed aristokrat\u016f, zat\u00edmco p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f jsou ozna\u010dov\u00e1ni za „\u0161izoku“, potomky samuraj\u016f. P\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci aristokracie z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed postaven\u00ed a tituly podobn\u00e9 britsk\u00e9 aristokracii (v\u00e9voda, mark\u00fdz, hrab\u011b, vikomt, baron), zat\u00edmco n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed samurajov\u00e9 jsou p\u0159ipodobn\u011bni anglick\u00fdm ryt\u00ed\u0159\u016fm, a\u017e na to, \u017ee jejich postaven\u00ed a tituly jsou d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9. Po druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce byly rodov\u00e9 tituly zru\u0161eny.
\nV jednotliv\u00fdch obdob\u00edch se hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1pl\u0148 \u010dinnosti sam\u1ee5raj\u016f i jejich sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed postupn\u011b m\u011bnily. R\u00e1d bych, abyste si uv\u011bdomili p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tuto skute\u010dnost.
\nT\u0159\u00edda samuraj\u016f, o kter\u00e9 zde dnes mluv\u00edme, je pak t\u0159\u00eddou samuraj\u016f, kter\u00e1 existovala v 17. a\u017e 19. stolet\u00ed, to je v obdob\u00ed Edo neboli obdob\u00ed Tokugawa. Obraz samuraj\u016f z filmov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1tna a obraz samuraj\u016f ve va\u0161ich p\u0159edstav\u00e1ch se mo\u017en\u00e1 od skute\u010dn\u00fdch samuraj\u016f, o nich\u017e tu dnes mluv\u00edm, trochu li\u0161\u00ed.
\nSamurajov\u00e9 zobrazovan\u00ed v mnoha filmech p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed obraz samuraje p\u0159ikr\u00e1\u0161len\u00e9ho a zveli\u010den\u00e9ho podle um\u011bleck\u00e9 idealizace p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00ed kompromis mezi skute\u010dn\u00fdm a neskute\u010dn\u00fdm podle um\u011bleck\u00fdch z\u00e1sad vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch dramatikem Monzaemonem \u010cikamacuem z obdob\u00ed Edo. Ten \u017eil v letech 1653 – 1724. Tito samurajov\u00e9 se od skute\u010dn\u00fdch samuraj\u016f, kter\u00e9 naz\u00fdv\u00e1me bu\u0161i, trochu li\u0161\u00ed. Obraz samuraj\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vystupuj\u00ed v lidov\u00e9 kultu\u0159e doby Edo, p\u0159edstavovan\u00e9 v divadle kabuki, v balad\u00e1ch d\u017e\u00f3ruri nebo v ukijoe \u010dili „obrazech prchav\u00e9ho \u017eivota“ a podobn\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1nrech, lze nazvat samuraji ze sv\u011bta japonsk\u00e9 fantazie. V dne\u0161n\u00ed Evrop\u011b a Americe se objevuje pr\u00e1v\u011b tento obraz samuraje ze sv\u011bta japonsk\u00e9 fantazie.
\nMysl\u00edm, \u017ee skute\u010dn\u00e9ho samuraje, tedy bu\u0161i, lze anglicky nejl\u00e9pe popsat v\u00fdrazem respectable Japanese gentleman, tedy “ japonsk\u00fd gentleman“. Od p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f se jako\u017eto od lid\u00ed reprezentuj\u00edc\u00edch st\u00e1tn\u00ed moc \u017e\u00e1dalo, aby byli sv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota vzorem oby\u010dejn\u00fdm lidem. Odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se v tom my\u0161lenka obsa\u017een\u00e1 v konfuci\u00e1nsk\u00e9m klasick\u00e9m spisu Velk\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed: „bude-li po\u010d\u00e1tek pomaten\u00fd, ani konce nebude mo\u017eno zvl\u00e1dnout“ \u0160lechtici m\u011bli vl\u00e1dnout sv\u00fdm dom\u00e9n\u00e1m v duchu humanity (d\u017ein), jejich vazalov\u00e9 (bu\u0161iov\u00e9) pak m\u011bli \u0161lechtic\u016fm slou\u017eit v duchu „\u00facty“ (kei). K pojmu „d\u017ein“ se podrobn\u011bji vr\u00e1t\u00edm pozd\u011bji.. „Kei“ znamen\u00e1 „projevovat \u00factu“ a „oddan\u011b (s up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fdm srdcem) slou\u017eit.
\nV t\u00e9to souvislosti je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi samuraji z film\u016f a bu\u0161i ze skute\u010dnosti spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee zat\u00edmco samurajov\u00e9 z film\u016f se sna\u017e\u00ed m\u00edt „p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165 samurajstv\u00ed“, chovat se „po samurajsku“, bu\u0161iov\u00e9 ze skute\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota takovouto „p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165 samurajstv\u00ed“, stav\u011bn\u00ed samurajstv\u00ed lidem na odiv, nem\u011bli v l\u00e1sce. Bylo tomu tak proto, \u017ee nepova\u017eovali za nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed se na ve\u0159ejnosti ale projevov\u00e1n\u00ed prav\u00e9 povahy sv\u00e9ho posl\u00e1n\u00ed (slu\u017eby).

2. V\u00fdchova<\/strong>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Samurajov\u00e9 – bu\u0161iov\u00e9 se po str\u00e1nce filozofick\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed \u0159\u00eddili konfuci\u00e1nstv\u00edm a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b studovali jednu z jeho v\u011btv\u00ed, u\u010den\u00ed \u010cu Siovo. Tokugawsk\u00fd \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1t toti\u017e zvolil u\u010den\u00ed \u010cu siovo za ofici\u00e1ln\u011b uznanou nauku. Pokud jde o konfuci\u00e1nstv\u00ed, bylo v Japonsku v obdob\u00ed Tokugawa krom\u011b u\u010den\u00ed \u010cu Siova roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eno i u\u010den\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho u\u010dence a st\u00e1tn\u00edka Wang Jang-minga a u\u010den\u00ed „star\u00e9 \u0161koly“. T\u011bmto u\u010den\u00edm se v\u011bnovalo nem\u00e1lo p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f, ale z \u010dasov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f se tomuto t\u00e9matu zde dnes nemohu v\u011bnovat.
\nV obdob\u00ed Tokugawa se jako\u017eto v\u00fdraz japonsk\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed zrodila i tak zvan\u00e1 „n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bda“, studuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161intoismus, d\u011bjiny Japonska a starou japonskou literaturu a filozofii. Tato n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bda byla v posledn\u00edm obdob\u00ed vl\u00e1dy rodu Tokugawa mezi p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edky t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f ve velik\u00e9 oblib\u011b. Ideje p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f \u0161kol Kimonha (Suika\u0161int\u00f3) a Hirataha t\u00e9to n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdy se m\u011bly st\u00e1t hybnou silou revoluce Meid\u017ei, tj budov\u00e1n\u00ed modern\u00edho st\u00e1tu a sjednocen\u00ed Japonska kolem Jeho Veli\u010denstva c\u00edsa\u0159e. I tato n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bda byla velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm my\u0161lenkov\u00fdm proudem, ale op\u011bt se z \u010dasov\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f o n\u00ed nemohu \u0161\u00ed\u0159it

\nV obdob\u00ed Tokugawa bylo v Japonsku na 300 \u0161lechtick\u00fdch rod\u016f. Tehdej\u0161\u00ed Japonsko bylo zem\u00ed organizovanou tokugawsk\u00fdm \u0161\u00f3gun\u00e1tem jako federace.
\nD\u011bti ze t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f z\u00edsk\u00e1valy vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch \u0161lechtick\u00fdch rod\u016f, naz\u00fdvan\u00fdch „rodov\u00e9 \u0161koly“. Na t\u011bchto \u0161kol\u00e1ch se vyu\u010dovalo p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016fm z nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u011bd, nap\u0159. idejemi, filozofiemi, literaturou a b\u00e1snictv\u00edm star\u00e9 \u010c\u00edny. Studium \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 poezie se tehdy p\u011bstovalo ve v\u0161ech zem\u00edch v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie a bylo pro vzd\u011blan\u00e9 lidi povinn\u00e9. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee bude sta\u010dit, kdy\u017e si to p\u0159edstav\u00edte jako situaci podobnou t\u00e9, kdy se v Evrop\u011b studovala latina a sta\u0159\u00ed \u0159e\u010dt\u00ed a \u0159\u00edm\u0161t\u00ed klasikov\u00e9.
\nA tak se na rodov\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch vyu\u010dovalo staro\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9mu my\u0161len\u00ed a filozofii, ale jak jsme ji\u017e v\u00fd\u0161e vysv\u011btlili, \u0161lo o u\u010den\u00ed \u010cu Siovo. \u010cu Siovo u\u010den\u00ed klade d\u016fraz na to, aby \u010dlov\u011bk odhaloval ve sv\u00e9m nitru l\u00e1sku k lidem a humanitu („d\u017ein“). Lze tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee tento „duch l\u00e1sky a humanity“ byl z\u00e1kladem samurajsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Znak „d\u017ein“ znamen\u00e1 „sbl\u00ed\u017eit se a chovat k \u010dlov\u011bku l\u00e1sku“, \u010di „souc\u00edtit s \u010dlov\u011bkem“. O srdci, kter\u00e9mu je vlastn\u00ed toto „d\u017ein“, u\u010den\u00ed \u010cu Siovo \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee nevznik\u00e1 nahromad\u011bn\u00edm vlivu, nap\u0159. cvi\u010den\u00edm. Je prvkem, kter\u00fd je \u010dlov\u011bku od po\u010d\u00e1tku d\u00e1n, ale kter\u00fd postupn\u011b zapom\u00edn\u00e1me v d\u016fsledku na\u0161ich choutek. Uv\u011bdomovat si ho nebo ho v sob\u011b objevovat bylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9.
\nNap\u0159\u00edklad v rodov\u00e9 \u0161kole rodu Kumamoto na ostrov\u011b Kj\u00fa\u0161\u00fa si kladli za c\u00edl studium konfuci\u00e1nsk\u00fdch pojm\u016f „k\u00f3, tei, \u010d\u00fa, \u0161in“, to je „synovsk\u00e9 oddanosti, bratrsk\u00e9 l\u00e1sky, v\u011brnosti k p\u00e1novi a spolehlivosti“. „K\u00f3“ znamenalo slou\u017eit rodi\u010d\u016fm z \u00facty k nim, „tei“ znamenalo dob\u0159e slou\u017eit star\u0161\u00edm bratr\u016fm a osob\u00e1m star\u0161\u00edm sebe, p\u011bstovat dobr\u00e9 vztahy mezi bratry, „\u010d\u00fa“ znamenalo „v\u011brnost“, spr\u00e1vnou cestu vazala, jak slou\u017eit sv\u00e9mu p\u00e1novi \u010di panovn\u00edkovi a kone\u010dn\u011b „\u0161in“ znamenalo opravdovost, up\u0159\u00edmn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed, soulad mezi slovy a \u010diny. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je v\u00e1m v\u0161em zcela jasn\u00e9, jak v\u0161echny tyto \u010dty\u0159i vlastnosti \u00fazce souvisej\u00ed s pojmem „d\u017ein“, souc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed s lidmi.

\nSta\u0159e\u0161ina rodu Kumamoto v \u0161est\u00e9 generaci, Lord \u0160igekata Hosogawa pr\u00fd instruoval u\u010ditele rodov\u00e9 \u0161koly Giemona Akijamu t\u011bmito slovy: „Toto je zp\u016fsob, jak v\u00e9st mlad\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka: ve\u010f ho tak, abys nestav\u011bl most, po kter\u00e9m se dostane na druh\u00fd b\u0159eh, jen na jednom m\u00edst\u011b. \u010clov\u011bku, kter\u00fd \u017eije na horn\u00edm toku \u0159eky, postav most na horn\u00edm toku, \u010dlov\u011bku, kter\u00fd \u017eije p\u0159i doln\u00edm toku, postav most na doln\u00edm toku. Proto\u017ee tak mu umo\u017en\u00ed\u0161, aby se ve\u0161ker\u00e9 jeho nad\u00e1n\u00ed projevilo bez (zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch) oklik. Proto\u017ee sv\u016fj \u00fakol spln\u00ed\u0161 tehdy, kdy\u017e \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm vybuduje\u0161 i cesty vedouc\u00ed k hodnot\u00e1m „k\u00f3, tei, \u010d\u00fa, \u0161in“, je\u017e se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed na prot\u011bj\u0161\u00edm b\u0159ehu \u0159eky (za \u0159ekou).“
\nNa rodov\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch se d\u011bti samuraj\u016f samoz\u0159ejm\u011b krom\u011b \u010cu \u0160iova u\u010den\u00ed u\u010dily i r\u016fzn\u00fdm jin\u00fdm v\u011bcem, ale v rod\u011b Kumamoto m\u011bli zato, \u017ee nab\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed se lid\u00e9 postupn\u011b st\u00e1vaj\u00ed moud\u0159ej\u0161\u00edmi. Nic z toho ale nem\u00e1 cenu, jestli\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk ztr\u00e1c\u00ed ze z\u0159etele „souc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed \u201ad\u017ein\u2018“ a vlivem sv\u00fdch (sobeck\u00fdch) tu\u017eeb vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 rozbroje.
\nNa rodov\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch se tedy v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech vyu\u010dovalo jak „v\u011bd\u00e1m“, tak „cest\u011b samuraj\u016f“. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ve \u0161kole rodu Kumamoto pova\u017eovali oboj\u00ed za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a naz\u00fdvali tento p\u0159\u00edstup term\u00ednem „oboj\u00ed cesta“, cesta liter\u00e1t\u016f i samuraj\u016f.

3. Cesta samuraj\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e se \u0159ekne „cesta samuraj\u016f“, vyvstane i dnes mnoha lidem v mysli p\u0159edstava st\u0159elby z luku, zach\u00e1zen\u00ed s me\u010dem, um\u011bn\u00ed tasen\u00ed me\u010de, d\u017eudo a podobn\u00e1 „bojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed“, tedy techniky. Av\u0161ak „cesta samuraj\u016f“ ve skute\u010dnosti nep\u0159edstavuje jen v\u00fdcvik v bojov\u00fdch um\u011bn\u00edch.
\nJe to smutn\u00e9, ale zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee mezi v\u00fdrazem „cesta samuraj\u016f“ (bud\u00f3) z obdob\u00ed Tokugawa a v\u00fdrazem bud\u00f3, jak se ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 dnes, je zna\u010dn\u00e1 rozd\u00edl.
\nV\u00fdraz „bud\u00f3“ v obdob\u00ed Tokugawa znamenal „bu\u0161id\u00f3“, tj. „mravn\u00ed z\u00e1sady samuraj\u016f“ Na zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed techniky se pohl\u00ed\u017eelo tak, \u017ee si p\u0159i jej\u00edm osvojov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk z\u00e1rove\u0148 osvoj\u00ed i mravn\u00ed z\u00e1sady samuraj\u016f. Mimochodem bojov\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed kend\u00f3, d\u017eud\u00f3, aikid\u00f3 a dal\u0161\u00ed v\u0161echna vznikla teprve v dob\u011b Meid\u017ei a pozd\u011bji. P\u0159esn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z nich nepoch\u00e1z\u00ed z doby d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e doba Tokugawa. Proto\u017ee karate vzniklo v Seto, tj. v m\u00edst\u011b, kde panovala jin\u00e1 kultura, ani o karate nelze \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee by p\u0159edstavovalo japonsk\u00e9 bojov\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed z doby p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed obdob\u00ed Tokugawa.
\nVe skute\u010dnosti i c\u00edlem „bud\u00f3“ je nau\u010dit se „humanit\u011b a l\u00e1sce“, obsa\u017een\u00fdm v pojmu „d\u017ein“.
\nP\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jsem citoval v\u00fdrok, \u017ee „nab\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed se lid\u00e9 postupn\u011b st\u00e1vaj\u00ed moud\u0159ej\u0161\u00edmi, ale \u017ee to v\u0161echno nem\u00e1 cenu, jestli\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk ztr\u00e1c\u00ed ze z\u0159etele „souc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed \u201ad\u017ein\u2018“ a vlivem sv\u00fdch (sobeck\u00fdch) tu\u017eeb vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 rozbroje.“ To plat\u00ed i pro bud\u00f3.
\nProto\u017ee, i kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk postupn\u011b osvoj\u00ed skv\u011blou bojovou techniku, jestli\u017ee se nech\u00e1 zaslepit sobeck\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00e1n\u00edmi a tak vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 rozbroje, t\u00edm ztr\u00e1c\u00ed srdce schopn\u00e9 souc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed, a jeho bojov\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed nem\u00e1 v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dnou cenu.
\nZejm\u00e9na ve v\u00e1lce, kde se lid\u00e9 sv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed o sv\u00e9 „z\u00e1jmy“, se siln\u011b uj\u00edm\u00e1 my\u0161lenka, \u017ee „dobr\u00e9 je to, co prosp\u00edv\u00e1 i mn\u011b“.
\nAv\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f byli p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk sleduje vlastn\u00ed „z\u00e1jmy“, zas\u00e9v\u00e1 t\u00edm s\u00e9m\u011b, z n\u011bj\u017e vyrostou nov\u00e9 rozbroje. Tak\u00e9 \u010cu \u0160iovo u\u010den\u00ed hl\u00e1s\u00e1, \u017ee „sobectv\u00ed a konkurence jsou z\u00e1kladn\u00edm zlem“. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee dne\u0161n\u00edm jazykem bychom to nejl\u00e9pe vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili slovem „n\u00e1sil\u00ed“. N\u00e1sil\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1sil\u00ed.
\nV Japonsku bylo roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eno p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee rozbroje vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed lid\u00e9, a proto tak\u00e9 p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed (nebo ukon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed) rozbroj\u016f je jen v moci lid\u00ed.
\nPod\u00edvejme se na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd znak „bu“ ve slov\u011b bud\u00f3.
\nZnak „bu (\u6b66)“ se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze 2 \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, prvn\u00ed z nich je, „hoko(\u6208)“ znak pro kop\u00ed, druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st znamen\u00e1 zanechat n\u011b\u010deho, „todomu(\u6b62)“. Bu\u0161iov\u00e9 ve skute\u010dnosti nebyli lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed by vyvol\u00e1vali konflikty a rozbroje, ale lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed konflikty a rozbroje „ukon\u010dovali“. Vyvinulo se dokonce p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e vznikne konflikt, je t\u0159eba usilovat o jeho urovn\u00e1n\u00ed a o ukon\u010den\u00ed boje, je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed je usilovat o to, aby je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed propuknut\u00edm boje byla odstran\u011bna semena sv\u00e1ru. P\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f se p\u0159idr\u017eovali n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159et m\u00edrov\u00fd \u017eivot na sv\u011bt\u011b a takov\u00fd sv\u011bt udr\u017eovat.

V Japonsku naz\u00fdv\u00e1me u\u010den\u00ed se um\u011bn\u00ed kend\u00f3 a iaid\u00f3 „cestou utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho charakteru“.
\nJak v\u0161ichni v\u00edme, v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti neexistuj\u00ed situace, v nich\u017e bychom pou\u017eili me\u010d. Proto \u00fasil\u00ed o pouhou p\u0159evahu v technice a v boji u\u017e nem\u00e1 smysl. V duchu sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f v obdob\u00ed Tokugawa bychom si m\u011bli kl\u00e1st za c\u00edl p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed charakteru, abychom se mohli uplatnit v\u0161ude ve spole\u010dnosti jako dob\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9.
\nSmyslem bud\u00f3 je cvi\u010dit se v tom, abychom objevovali v sob\u011b „souc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed a l\u00e1sku“ a na tomto z\u00e1klad\u011b objevovali t\u00ed\u017ei osudu, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s spojuje s ostatn\u00edmi lidmi, objevovali to, co n\u00e1s spojuje s domovem, s vlast\u00ed, se sv\u011btem, p\u0159\u00edrodou a cel\u00fdm vesm\u00edrem. Bylo by dobr\u00e9, kdybychom pova\u017eovali bud\u00f3 za metodu v\u00fdcviku k objevov\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama, op\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed se o japonskou kulturu nebo o kulturu samuraj\u016f.<\/p>\n

5. Z\u00e1v\u011brem<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nakonec bych r\u00e1d \u0159ekl je\u0161t\u011b jednu v\u011bc.
\nD\u016fle\u017eitou u\u010debnic\u00ed konfuci\u00e1nsk\u00e9 nauky je klasick\u00e9 d\u00edlo „Kniha velk\u00e9ho st\u0159edu“, v n\u00ed\u017e je vylo\u017eeno u\u010den\u00ed o t\u0159ech mravn\u00edch principech: pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, humanit\u011b a state\u010dnosti (\u010di, d\u017ein, j\u00fa).
\n„Pozn\u00e1n\u00ed“ „\u010di“je n\u011bco, co si osvojujeme studiem v\u011bd. Znamen\u00e1 to jen nezaujatost srdce, je\u017e um\u00ed jen naslouchat r\u016fzn\u00fdm n\u00e1zor\u016fm, a um\u011bn\u00ed, vyb\u00edrat si z nich n\u00e1zory vhodn\u00e9. Neznamen\u00e1 to tedy pouh\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed hlavy v\u011bdomostmi.
\nO „j\u00fa“ se soud\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee je \u010dlov\u011bk z\u00edsk\u00e1 studiem bud\u00f3. To slovo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b znamen\u00e1 „odvahu“. Av\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1 jen srdce, kter\u00e9 nec\u00edt\u00ed strach p\u0159i rozep\u0159\u00edch a v boj\u00edch \u010di srdce state\u010dn\u00e9.
\nJak jsem u\u017e vylo\u017eil v\u00fd\u0161e, „d\u017ein“ znamen\u00e1 l\u00e1ska k lidem, souc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed s lidmi. „\u010ci“ pak znamen\u00e1 um\u011bn\u00ed zvolit si spr\u00e1vnou cestu na z\u00e1klad\u011b naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed mnoha dobr\u00fdm my\u0161lenk\u00e1m p\u0159i soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed pozornosti na to, zda se na\u0161e srdce \u0159\u00edd\u00ed „d\u017ein“. A „j\u00fa“ znamen\u00e1 odv\u00e1\u017en\u011b kr\u00e1\u010det cestou, kterou jsme si takto zvolili.
\nP\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edci t\u0159\u00eddy samuraj\u016f v obdob\u00ed Tokugawa byli ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch vychov\u00e1v\u00e1ni v tomto duchu, \u0159\u00edkalo se tomu v\u00fdchova „oboj\u00ed cesty – liter\u00e1tsk\u00e9 i vojensk\u00e9“ („bun“ i „bu“). Tak dok\u00e1zali v zemi udr\u017eet m\u00edr po dlouhou dobu 260 let.<\/p>\n
